John’s Bar is a mish-mash of salvaged seating, cosy nooks, crannies, snugs, and a long central bar counter filled to the brim with beverages, old-school sweets, and haberdashery bits and bobs. Thomas Street has a history of distilling, a history of tailoring and a history of being the original home of a pint of plain.

At John’s Bar & Haberdashery, we’ve combined both in this cosy pub with a history that dates back to the 16th Century. John’s Bar & Haberdashery opens daily from 12 pm serving up booze and burgers from our very own WOWBURGER. Also home to weekly live music sessions! Every Thursday to Saturday we have live music from trad to soft rock, we have something for everyone.
