Stella Cinema Rathmines is a uniquely luxurious one screen cinema, showing new release films and some Hollywood classics seven days a week. Originally opening in 1923, it has been restored to reflect the glitz and glamour of the 1920s but with a modern, luxurious twist.
The cinema auditorium is fitted with plush leather armchairs, couches and beds each with its own footrest and side table for a lavishly comfortable movie watching experience. A wide selection of delectable hot food, tasty snacks and delicious drinks are also available to enjoy during your film.

A uniquely luxurious cinema experience
Stella Cinema Ranelagh is a 44-seater subterranean, tiered cinema with a state-of-the-art sound system and beautiful décor. Located on the lower ground floor of the Devlin Hotel, Stella Ranelagh is the little sister to Stella Rathmines. Taking some design inspiration from its sister cinema, Stella Ranelagh features luxurious red velvet and elegant brass decorative elements.
The cinema auditorium is fitted with bespoke, mid-century style armchairs and couches, with side tables placed beside each seat to ensure maximum comfort. A wide selection of delicious food and drinks are available to enjoy during your film or event.
