Both locations are complete with lavish interiors and carefully considered facilities, transforming the lower ground floor of The Dean Dublin and The Mayson into fitness and wellness sanctuaries on the doorstep of Dublin’s City Centre.
The Dean Dublin is home to POWER Harcourt, where the charming features of the original Georgian building have been meticulously maintained such as the original parquet flooring found in the POWER Box studio. POWER Run and MetCon are the two other unique class concepts found at The Dean Dublin.
Across the River Liffey in Dublin’s Docklands, POWER can be found on the lower ground floor of The Mayson Hotel where classes include POWER Pedal, POWER Climb and MetCon. The design focused space is both beautiful and functional, and serves as the perfect place to train, recover, and progress with state-of-the-art facilities at your disposal.
