What Our Staff Say

I was recently promoted from Barista to Dime Team Lead in The Dean Galway. I am so glad to work with an incredible team and to have been given the opportunity to progress and develop my skills even further. I look forward to continuing my career with Press Up!

Heather Keenan – Dime, The Dean Galway

I started my journey with Press Up Hospitality back in February of this year, in a hybrid role as Reception and Lobby & Events Supervisor. I quickly learned my passion was with L&E, where I transferred over full time after two months. I was then promoted to Floor Manager, where I developed my skills leading to my most recent promotion of L&E Assistant Manager. I have worked in hospitality since I was 15 and earned my degree studying Hotel Management, and I am delighted to say that I feel a sense of accomplishment and success by working for the Dean Cork.
