Diversity & Inclusion at Press Up
Diversity and inclusion is at the core of everything we do at Press Up. We’re doing our part to create a society where everyone is accepted and gets opportunities to showcase their talents.

Down Sydrome Ireland
Builidng a society where inclusion is promoted throughout the workplace, we’ve partnered with Down Syndrome Ireland to offer employment opportunities for people with Down Syndrome across our hotels and restaurants.
Not only do these opportunities create meaningful roles in our work place, but we’ve also found some of our best team members through Down Syndrome Ireland.

Stewarts Care
A key part of our philosophy is to be an equal opportunity employer, and not just on paper. We work with partners to actively build career paths for people from all backgrounds, abilities, cultures and ethnicities.
We are proud to work with Stewarts Care to offer employment to people with learning disabilities, who play an important role in our teams and add so much to our workplace. We’ve now seen first hand how diversity within the team unites and empowers our culture.

Pride
To us, Pride is more than just waving colourful flags in June, so we’ve made year-round, long-term commitments to celebrate and promote diversity, both in the workplace and for our customers. As well as making our venues for customers and staff to be their full selves, we’ve also been supporting Belong To – Ireland’s national programme that supports the LGBTQ+ aged 14 to 23, with fundraising efforts since 2019.
Mihai’s Pizza Academy
Learning skills that last a lifetime at Mihai’s Pizza Academy, people with intellectual and learning disabilities follow the guidance of our Head Pizza Chef Mihai to help them build careers in kitchens. Covering everything from kneading dough, to making sauces and cooking to perfection, this programme has brought many pizza stars into the Group.
