Front Office Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join the team at The Butler Arms Hotel. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have previous experience in hotel management then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role can involve:

  • Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel and to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Dealing with all guest complaints, comments or issues
  • Responsible for overall health & safety including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g. first aid
  • Front Office duties including check-in and check-out of guests
  • Ensure all required nightly reports are completed efficiently and correctly
  • Responsible for daily safe counts and cash handling procedures
  • Food & Beverage service
  • Cleaning the hotel lobby and meeting room area
  • Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel
