We are currently seeking an experienced Night Manager to join the team at The Devlin Hotel in Ranelagh. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have previous experience in hotel management then we would love to hear from you!!
- Overall running operation of the hotel at night
- To ensure the highest level of customer service
- Complete nightly management checklists and reports
- Ensure that all tasks and duties are completed to the highest of standards
- Deal with any guest issues that may arise
- Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties
- Complete the night audit report and compile daily financial reports for Head Office
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Managing the nights team and their nightly tasks
- Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel
- Have experience within a high-volume venue
- Flexibility with shift times
- Be committed to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be a hands-on natural leader
- Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
- Approachable with excellent people skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Minimum 2 years' Management experience
- Minimum 3 years' Hotel experience
- Continual training and development
