- A desire to provide exceptional guest experience for everyone
- Strong product & hotel knowledge e.g. room categories, food and beverage services, rates, menu content, service times etc
- Provide a consistent and 5* experience to all guests
- Exceed expectations and go above and beyond
- Excellent communication
- A desire to work consistently within a team contributing to a fantastic culture
- Has a passion for their work
- Has excellent timekeeping
- Has great organisational skills and ability to work well in a busy environment
- Has a positive, flexible attitude, is a team player who shows willing to help other colleagues and/or departments.
- CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO qualifications
- 2+ years of Spa experience
- An ability to work within a team
- An interest in setting and maintaining standards
- A good sense of humour and resilience
- Continual training and development
